Review ZioSec's Terms of Service governing use of our AI security SaaS platform. Includes liability, data handling, and security obligations.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ZioSec's services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

ZioSec offers a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides offensive security testing for AI agents, including pentesting, vulnerability assessments, and reporting.

2. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
  • You are responsible for securing your own systems, networks, and data environments when using our Services.
  • You may not:
    • Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
    • Attempt to disrupt or compromise the integrity of ZioSec’s infrastructure.
    • Reverse engineer or access the Services in order to build a competing product.

3. Data Handling

  • ZioSec collects and processes data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Any customer data shared during security testing remains your property. ZioSec will only use this data to provide the agreed-upon Services.

4. Service Availability

ZioSec strives to ensure high availability of its Services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen outages may occur.

5. Security Obligations

  • ZioSec implements reasonable security measures to protect its infrastructure and Services.
  • Customers are responsible for:
    • Securing their own environments.
    • Managing user access and credentials for integrations with ZioSec.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZioSec will not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities.

ZioSec’s total liability for any claim related to these Terms or the Services will be limited to the amount paid by you for the Services in the past 12 months.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease, and any outstanding payments become due immediately.

8. Changes to These Terms

ZioSec may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting an updated version on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
